- The competition committee reserves the right to restrict and deny applicants.
- The competition committee reserves the right to stop each participant who is not considered to be physically able to continue the race.

The competition committee reserves the right to change the race route and competition rules without prior notice to the participants.
- Re-registration, t-shirt supply, and Participant's Tag, Technical Meeting (explanation of the race) will be conducted two hours before the race begins. Then proceeded by the numbering on the location of the start (START) race.
- Participants are required to place their bicycle in the Transition Area.

When dangerous weather occurs, Race Committee reserves the right to delay, shorten the road race, or change the race route.
- If after the delays it occurs that the weather condition makes it still not possible for the race to be continued, Race Committee reserves the right to cancel all racing details without the obligation to return the registration fee.
- The competition committee does not accept registration on the race location.
- The competition committee is not responsible for the administrative error due to incomplete or data errors that are given by participants when completing the Form. Changes, additions or improvements to administrative data can only be done until at least one week before the race.
- Name of participants who have registered cannot be transferred to another person. Anyone who has done that will be responsible if disputes occur. When there are disputes, the Committee has the right to cancel both disputing parties competition participation from the race.
- After the registration process, participants cannot request a refund for any reason.

Each participant is required to use helmets in order to keep prevented from accidents during the race.

When running and cycling, each participant is required still to put the number on the chest and back position so that it is easily readable from a distance.
- Help with pulling or pushing the bicycle is not allowed.
- When an accident or fatigue happens to the participants during a match race, no one is allowed to provide assistance except the officer / committee. When these things happen, it will result in participant's failure / disqualification.

During the match, the participant is not permitted to use a singlet or clad chest.
- During the competition, participants are prohibited from using a handheld phone or music hearing devices.
- The competition committee will provide a medical team and an ambulance in the first case of an accident. However, the Committee is not responsible for the competitor's next treatment.
- Champions I, II and III will get a gift that has been promised by the Race Committee.
- For the participants who are able to finish the match will receive a Certificate / Charter.
